We’ve had Rick and the guys at Pagan River as our HVAC specialists for several years. They’re very courteous, very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and reasonably priced. We signed up for their annual maintenance plan and are very happy. Our AC runs like it hasn’t in years. We highly recommend them.
During the hottest days of the year they were totally booked but took time to take care of my air conditioner issue within 2 hours of calling. They were professional and honest and showed us each item that needed to be replaced and were up front with the pricing (which I compared on google and they were cheaper). Of course our AC went out on one of the hottest days of the summer, so far. With a pregnant wife and two little kids we were fairly desperate. The Pagan River Heating and Cooling was our first call and they were at our house in 30 minutes. Rick was awesome! He masterfully troubleshot and diagnosed our system failure providing honest reliable feedback. Although the failed component will require more in depth work, Rick was able to get our unit operational until all required parts arrive. We are beyond grateful!
Great service from a local company. Had some items from a house inspection and Rick came out and fixed them right away. Nice to see someone who understands how to serve the community they live in.
